Larry Smith – Executive Managing Director
Larry founded Restoration Capital in 2007 and serves as Executive Managing
Director. Prior to establishing Restoration Capital, he acted as an independent
originator for firms such as Fortress Investments (Joint Venture Partner),
Silver Point Capital and CIT Commercial Credit. He brings to Restoration
Capital extensive experience with transactions involving the placement
of equity, mezzanine debt, secured first lien debt, warehouse facilities
and asset based loans. Larry is the former CEO/President of Finagle A
Bagel, a $25million bakery wholesaler and retailer, and the former CEO
of London Taxis North America, the exclusive distributor of the London
Taxi vehicle in the United States and Canada. Larry also worked for eight
years with General Electric Company’s Aircraft Engine Division in
various manufacturing management and finance positions. He holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from
the University of Rhode Island, is a graduate of the General Electric
Company’s Manufacturing Management Program, and has studied for
an M.B.A. at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
Susan Neal – Credit Analytics and Portfolio Management

Susan specializes in the identification, valuation and mitigation of
portfolio and individual loan file credit risk. She also possesses in-depth
knowledge of the recourse/repurchase management function, and has been
responsible for both the origination and servicing of construction permanent
loans. Her strong analytical skills, combined with over 20 years of residential
underwriting and risk management experience, enable her to proactively
identify potential issues and remediation opportunities. Susan has a wealth
of experience in portfolio credit risk analysis, including, but not limited
to, concentration tracking, credit attribute and product use monitoring
and risk layer analysis. This combination of aggregate and individual
file level review experience uniquely qualifies her to identify issues
and trends and formulate workable solutions for same. Susan has held several
mortgage industry executive positions throughout her career, including
Chief Lending Officer, Regional Underwriting Director and SVP-Credit Policy.
She holds both B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Central
Florida. Susan is also the owner of NDC Risk, LLC.
Peter Dolloff – President Sequel Management Inc.
Peter is acting as the lead general contractor in the site development and vertical construction at Restoration Capital’s portfolio acquisitions. He also serves as a consultant to the condominium trusts within the portfolio.
Peter co-founded Sequel Management Inc. in 1994 with his business partner Steven Vallier, Peter remains an active President of the company. Sequel specializes in the construction and management of multi-family properties. Prior to establishing Sequel Inc., Peter was the president of Prose Management Inc. The company managed and maintained 3,400 condominium units in Southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Sequel has developed a number of successful in-fill and raw land projects throughout New England. The projects include both townhome and garden style developments. Over the past five years the company has put great emphasis on energy efficient construction and green construction techniques. Sequel is an Energy Star partner, building all of its projects (including the Village at West Gloucester) to the rigorous standards of Energy Star. Peter has also leveraged his construction management and property management skills to assist lending institutions in the successful completion of stalled condominium projects.
Peter attended Plymouth State College in Plymouth New Hampshire. He is a Certified Green builder through the National Association of Homebuilders as well as the Alternate National Representative from New Hampshire to the NAHB.
